Transitioning to a drapery rod hardware company in 1992, Claire Deco began its journey fulfilling customers drapery hardware needs. Situated in Montreal, Claire was able to access over one hundred years of metal working knowledge locally to produce high-quality window curtain rods. As a result, Claire Deco values “Shop Local”, as one of its core values. Today, Claire can proudly claim that over 70% of the companies curtain rod goods are sourced within 50 kilometers of Montreal, reducing its carbon footprint and helping to sustain local knowledge that has been passed down from previous generations.

Claire Deco and Tekno Systems traverse curtain rods are made of aluminum chanel for strong and decorative styling. Tekno traverse curtain rods have supports which do not interfere with drapery traversing, thus you can open and close your curtains in any direction. The Tekno Traverse Curtain Rod program has the largest selection of decorative curtain rod finails in the market, to allow you the most discinctive but functional decor solution.

Claire Deco has energized the motorized curtain rod market. Claire Deco and Tekno Systems have introduced color and decorative supports to its motorized curtain rod program a first in the industry. Tekno systems has the newest curatin rod motos, 15 channel curtain rod remotes and a motorized curtain rail Hub for WiFi. Tekno Systems has also introduced three decorative rods to its motorized curtain rod lineup, Invisi, Kontur Fascia and Half round.
