The Lateral Support 18 was designed to enable your rods to install between walls or pillars. The Lateral Support 18 is unobtrusive and almost indistinguishable from the rod. When ordering a rod with the Lateral support please deduct 1/4 of an inch from your rod per support. The maximum length of a rod with two Lateral supports is 72".
